The main objective of MTA Engineering Ltd. is to assure the highest level of quality, modernity and competitiveness in the execution of received orders.
The company performance is concentrated on the continuous improvement of its services’ quality thanks to optimization of design processes, elimination of human mistakes and adaption of company offer to specific client’s needs and requirements.
The main objective will be accomplished through:
1. Development works on the Internal Design Management System which integrates all processes related to Project Management.
2. Searching for innovative solutions for designing process which will increase the quality of provided services by reducing chances of mistakes.
3. Assurance of conformity between the produced product and client’s standards by detailed analysis of requirements and correct recognition of needs.
4. Recognition of the main client’s difficulties appearing during cooperation in order to find the best solutions.
5. Activities aimed at maintaining and continuous improving of customer relationship.
6. Meeting client’s needs by delivery of state-of-the-art products and services.
7. Creation of belief that each employee is responsible for quality, brand and image of the company in the course of their everyday work and in contact with the client.
8. Continuous improvement of employees’ qualifications and knowledge by organizing specialist trainings, return of experience and collection of research materials.
9. Motivation of employees by presenting opportunities for personal development (career path) and highlighting their contribution to success.

The management has made a decision to introduce Quality Management System consistent with requirements of PN – EN ISO 9001:2008. By fulfilling of Quality Policy company management, directors and managers oblige themselves to perform improvement actions and regular revisions of the quality system and related documentation. These actions will be aimed at assuring conformity between quality system, current organizational and financial company situation and market requirements.
It is management will and obligation of all employees to obey all requirements resulting from standard PN – EN ISO 9001:2008, and to work continuously on quality system effectiveness. Each employee is obliged to know and understand quality requirements, hold responsibility for providing high quality services and building trust in relationship with clients.
